Three Benches and an Orchard is a new artist book by Matt Martin.
Created during an evening walk in Penzance, Matt came across a small area of land, consisting of a small orchard.
Photowalks and book production have been an important part of Matt’s process, producing a book in the same way you might right a poem.
With urgency, the work must be photographed, edited and printed within only a few hours, keeping that energy of an immediate response.
This work was made on the 6th of August 2025, and the work and publications was all produced in under 3 hours.
The book is 10×8 in, off white 130gsm stock cover and 80gsm papers, re wax cotton thread and 32 pages.
Limited edition of 50 copies.
